Shipping

• For now we only ship within mainland Spain, with Nacex. Your order arrives in 72 hours at most.
• Shipping costs €8.98 up to 2 kg. We tell you the exact amount before you pay.
• Payment by Bizum or bank transfer.
• If you prefer, you can collect it in the shop at no cost.

Returns

• You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return it, without giving a reason. Let us know within that period on WhatsApp or by email, and send it back within the following 14 days.
• You pay for the return shipping.
• We refund what you paid for the product (and for standard shipping, if you return the whole order) using the same payment method, within 14 days at most. We do so once we receive the product or proof that you have sent it.
• It must arrive in perfect condition, with its box and labels. Try pointe shoes on at home only, with tights, on a clean surface and without dancing in them. If they arrive with signs of use, we will deduct the loss in value.
• Made-to-measure or personalised products cannot be returned, such as pointe shoes with the ribbons already sewn on, nor sealed tights and garments that have been opened.

If it arrives faulty

If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, we repair it, replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. Everything has the 3-year legal guarantee. Normal wear of pointe shoes from dancing is not a fault.

Purchases in the shop

There is no return period for purchases made in the shop: we only exchange or repair faulty products.
