Who handles your data

What data we handle and why

• Fitting bookings: name, email, phone number, the type of appointment, your level and anything you tell us, to manage your appointment, send you the confirmation and let you know if anything changes.
• Orders and enquiries by WhatsApp, phone or email: the details you give us (name, phone number, delivery address), to answer your enquiry, prepare your order, ship it and invoice it.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Legal basis

We handle your data because it is needed for the appointment or order you request and, for invoices, because the law requires us to keep them.

Who we share it with

Only with those we need to provide the service: Cal.com, Inc., which provides our booking calendar and handles your appointment details on our behalf; WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us there, and the courier Nacex, if we ship you an order. And with public authorities, when the law requires it. Cal.com processes data in the United States: it takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where that does not apply, uses the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. WhatsApp may also process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by law.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the appointment or order and, after that, for the periods set by law (for example, for invoices).

Minors

If you are under 14, a parent or guardian must make the booking or order.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or take it with you, by writing to hola@mifavorita.es. If you believe we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
