How to buy
Choose the product and message us on WhatsApp. We confirm the size, availability, final price and shipping costs before you pay. Prices include VAT. Payment is by Bizum or bank transfer, and we prepare the order once we receive payment.
Shipping
For now we only ship within mainland Spain, with Nacex, in 72 hours at most. Shipping costs €8.98 for parcels up to 2 kg. You can also collect your order in the shop at no cost.
Right of withdrawal (returns)
For purchases with delivery, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. To do so, let us know on WhatsApp, by email to hola@mifavorita.es or with the form below, and send us the product within the following 14 days. You pay for the return shipping.
We refund what you paid for the product and, if you return the whole order, the standard shipping. We do so using the same payment method, within 14 days at most, once we receive the product or proof that you have sent it. If the product arrives used beyond what is needed to try it on, we will deduct the loss in value.
There is no right of withdrawal for made-to-measure or personalised products, for example pointe shoes with the ribbons already sewn on, nor for sealed tights and garments that have been opened, for hygiene reasons.
Guarantee
All products have the 3-year legal guarantee. If a product is faulty, we repair it, replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. Normal wear from use is not a fault.
Purchases in the shop
There is no right of withdrawal for purchases made in the shop. We only exchange or repair faulty products, with the same legal guarantee.
Complaints
If you have any problem, write to hola@mifavorita.es and we will sort it out. Complaint forms are also available in the shop. These terms are governed by Spanish law. This English version is provided for convenience; the Spanish version prevails.
